Intellectual Property & Infringement Policy

Quickcourt · Why Wait Technologies Pvt Ltd · Effective 24 June 2026 · India
⚖️ Template — review before use. Not legal advice; have an IP lawyer adapt this (and your vendor agreements) before launch.

1. Our intellectual property

The “Quickcourt” name, logo, the platform software, UI/UX design, and original content are owned by Why Wait Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

2. Vendor & brand content

Vendor names, logos, trademarks, and product images shown on Quickcourt belong to the respective vendors or brand owners. By listing on Quickcourt, a vendor represents and warrants that it owns or is licensed to use all such marks and images, and grants Quickcourt a limited, non-exclusive licence to display them solely to operate the marketplace. Vendors indemnify the Company against IP claims arising from their content.

🔴 Important for go-live: Quickcourt must only list a brand (e.g., a national QSR chain) with that brand’s authorization or via the actual franchise operating at the mall. Sample/demo data may include well-known brand names for illustration only — replace these with the real, authorized vendors at your mall before any public launch to avoid trademark infringement.

3. User content

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, feedback), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Platform. Do not submit content you don’t have the rights to.

4. Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on Quickcourt infringes your copyright or trademark, send a written notice to our IP Agent with:

  • Your name, role, and contact details;
  • Identification of the work/mark and proof of your rights;
  • The exact location (URL/screen) of the allegedly infringing content;
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized;
  • A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

On a valid notice we will act expeditiously to review and, where appropriate, remove or disable the content, and notify the vendor who supplied it. The vendor may submit a counter-notice.

5. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate vendors or users who repeatedly infringe others’ intellectual property.
