Why Wait Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”) is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed via Quickcourt. We process your data to run the ordering platform and only for the purposes described here.

We process personal data based on your consent and for the “legitimate uses” permitted under the DPDP Act — to provide the service you request (ordering, payment, tracking, support), keep the Platform secure, comply with law, and improve the product. You may withdraw consent at any time (see your rights below); withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
To exercise any right, email our Grievance Officer; we’ll respond within the timelines required by law.
We share the minimum necessary with: Vendors (your name + order details so they can prepare it); payment gateways (Cashfree/Razorpay) to process payment; Google (if you choose Google sign-in); Google Cloud / Vertex AI as our hosting and AI processor (Data Processors acting on our instructions); and an SMS provider for OTP. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., tax/accounting records). Order records may be retained for statutory periods; account data is deleted or anonymised on request once no legal obligation requires retention.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: HTTPS/TLS in transit, access controls and role-based permissions, signed session tokens, rate limiting, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of any breach as required by the DPDP Act.
The Platform is intended for users 18+. We do not knowingly process the data of children without verifiable parental/guardian consent, and we do not undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
We use local storage / minimal cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Where any processing occurs outside India, it is done only as permitted by applicable law.
