“Quickcourt” is a technology platform owned and operated by Why Wait Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). Quickcourt lets you discover food-court vendors, order ahead, pay, and track your order to skip the queue. These Terms govern your use of the Quickcourt website and mobile apps (the “Platform”).
By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18+ (or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian). If you use the Platform on behalf of a business (a vendor or mall), you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
Quickcourt is a marketplace and technology intermediary that connects customers with independent food-court vendors. We do not cook, sell, or own the food. Each vendor is solely responsible for the preparation, quality, safety, packaging, FSSAI compliance, accurate description, and pricing of its items. Quickcourt facilitates discovery, ordering, payment routing, and order tracking. We are an “intermediary” under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
You may sign in by mobile OTP or Google. You are responsible for your account and the activity under it. Provide accurate information; do not impersonate others or share credentials. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Prices, taxes, and any platform fee are shown before checkout and are computed by our servers at the time of order (the displayed total prevails over any tampered client value). Once a vendor accepts an order, it is generally non-cancellable as preparation begins. Vendors may decline or refund an order if an item is unavailable. Estimated ready times are best-effort, not guarantees.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree, Razorpay) or made at the counter, as offered. Where split-settlement is used, vendor proceeds are settled to the vendor by the gateway; Quickcourt does not hold customer funds beyond what the gateway routes. A platform fee and/or commission may apply, disclosed at checkout or in the vendor agreement. Refunds, where applicable, follow the vendor’s policy and the gateway’s timelines.
Vendors represent and warrant that they hold a valid FSSAI licence/registration and all required permits, that their menu, prices, images, and allergen/veg–non-veg information are accurate, and that the food complies with applicable food-safety law. Vendors are responsible for taxes (including GST) on their sales.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: placing fraudulent or fake orders; attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; probing, scraping, or overloading the service; reverse-engineering or circumventing security; or using the Platform for anything unlawful. Access controls and role permissions must not be bypassed.
The Quickcourt name, logo, software, design, and content are owned by the Company. Vendor names, logos, and images belong to the respective vendors/brand owners and are used to operate the marketplace. See our Intellectual Property & Infringement Policy for ownership, licences, and how to report infringement.
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors, the quality or safety of food, allergic reactions, delays, or losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the platform fee you paid for the relevant order (or ₹1,000, whichever is lower). Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. The parties may first attempt good-faith resolution; the Company may, at its option, refer disputes to arbitration seated in Pune under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
